Xp Install

Ok, hopefully this will be quick and painless. I just got a 120 gig WD drive. I want to copy my xp pro install over to the new drive. WD provides a utility that does this, but I get an error when I run it. Anyway, I was thinking of doing a fresh xp pro install to the 120 gig drive.....my question is: can I get my info off the old drive after I install to the new one? Does xp read a bootable drive if it is set to the slave?

Yes, you'll be able to read the drive. You'll be able to get your data, but you'll have to reinstall all of your programs.

Cool, I was hoping that was going to be the answer. I am more concerned with my .pst files than the other stuff on it.
