I just purchased a p5Wd-2 premium M/B, paired it with P805D processor, 2 Gig PNY 533 ram, 80 Gig WD hD, sony DVD ram. I have a cheap 6200 TC card right now, it makes an obnoxious amount of whine right now while booting/installing.

XP install fails - I can hit pwr, and computer reboots immediately. Install restarts to 39 minute "installing window", runs, w/hd for a few minutes, then system shuts off but not at exact same time- some times I get to installing devices activity, sometimes not. I have tried using 1 stick of memory.....

Anybody encounter this/have an idea? Could this be hardware still? (system temp seems ok in bios.....)
