I just got the Home XP Upgrade from Office Depot. Do I sell the 256MB of PC133 RAM or install it?

I currently have 256MB of PC-143(at least 133...) Mosel-Vitelic. Should I upgrade my RAM or recoup the cost?
 
it definately wouldn't hurt to have 512MB in your machine especially running XP...from what I've heard with XP, the more ram the better.
