XP HSF Shootout? need a link

Does anyone know of any HSF shootouts using TbredB's? I've looked but haven't had much luck. Im going to be overclocking a 1700+ w/ $60 to spend on a HSF/fan, or overclocking a 2100+ w/ $45 to spend. My only requirements is that the fan is under 40db, and the hsf will still work well.
