I recently installed a new ECS Nforce3-A motherboard and did a fresh install of Windows XP Home (no service pack). I installed the drivers for the mobo and then installed Service Pack 2.
The driver installation said that the USB ports would run at 2.0 speeds after I installed SP2. However, I installed SP2, and my USB ports are still transferring at 1.1 speeds. Any ideas on how to fix this? Should a reinstall of the drivers cure this problem?
