XP Home Unhandled Exception Message

This is a friends box and when it boots up to XP desktop this error box appears.

Unhandled Exception: c0000005
At Address: 100016b8

Any ideas what this is and how to get rid of?

Is KAZAA Lite installed on the PC?

That was a common error with the SPYWARE version.
