Hey all,
Maybe you can help me figure this out. I reformatted my machine and put all of my apps back on a few evenings ago and am now having the puter lockup on me when I try to play a DVD via WinDVD, DVDShrink, or Nero. When I click on the shortcut on any of the aforementioned icons on the desktop it freezes the system which causes me to reboot. I have not had this problem before, and it has me puzzled.
My video games, sound and internet all work fine, as well as email.
I have noticed that the little arrow on the bottom of the start bar is missing which show which apps are running and hides them.
Have I missed a driver or something?
