Xp Home Shared folder w/ password

I had a question about shared folders on a xp home network. I have windows xp home. I currently have 5 computers on the network. I only want 2 of them to have access to one of the folder. Either by putting a password on the folder or just making it so that 2 of the computers are the only ones allowed to open it and access it. Is that possible? I was trying to do it through security but it only has it so that server computer can use it no other computers can use it. Thanks.
