make sure that the time is set correctly in the bios. When this has happend to me in the past i ended up having to format and reinstall.

arhhh...that's not what i want to do

hate it my laptop comes with an image which i dun really want
lots of stuff that i don't need inside the discs......

so once i reinstall that image thing there will be programs that i don't need in it
then it's going to take me time to uninstall them...so tired of it.

is there any other options?
how do i check the time in the bios?
the time zone shows on my task bar is right though.
does that mean the time in the bios is right?

hit del on boot up, that will take you into the bios, just make sure time and date are correct in there. If so then come back here and post ALL your system specs.
