xp home, can I make new "users" and not set p/w's

I want to setup 2 new user accounts, but I don't want to set passwords for them or mine. Just wanna have it so each user can customize the desktop to the way they want. I haven't tried it because I'm affraid if it does require passwords, that it's going to make me use password for my account, and then I'll be back here asking howto get rid of password 🙂
