XP Home built in Firewall ?

I turned some of my services off now i can not get my firewall to load. What services depend on the built in firewall?


And anyway to restore all services to default ?
 
I don't know if I would even try to run the microsoft firewall. Knowing microsoft's history running the firewall is probably a security risk in itself. Get a third party firewall or a router/firewall.
