XP Home and Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)

I have someone who I'm helping "get a second machine online" with his cable internet connection and he has XP Home on both machines.

Does anyone know if XP Home has ICS built in like just about every other MS OS? I would like to assume so but I heard that it didnt. Can one of your poor saps (er souls) with XP Home verify?

If not can you think of a freeware alternative?

As always all help appreciated.
