So the only problem is when more than 5 boxes try to hit XP Home at the same time? If number 6 tries, does that box just get denied and has to try again?
yep, but what a way for micro$oft to force you to buy (or get linux) server software when it isn't really necessary. This problem is very confusing to some, I work for a 4th party service company and have done several gateway installs for librarys for some thing called the gates foundation. most of the time the library orders 10-20 workstations with the intent on making one of them a "server" for thier library access software, what a :Q to them when they find out that only the server and 4 other machines can be logged on at the same time. and they get an even bigger :Q when they find out how much server 2000 is. and then they want thier old machines back because it worked fine with windows 98 before they spent all that money.oh. that was simple.

Poor Microsoft has to be blamed for the ignorance of others, making it the center of the Hyperprosexia.
Yeah it is very difficult to read few pages before a decision about sums of money is made.
Most people know what they do when it comes to upgrade their cars. They have no other choice because they have to go out to a dealer and are hassled by the salesmen.
But it is hard to self discipline and read on your own volition.
It is even harder to read while the VCR Timer is still Blinking fore few years, and creates a distraction.
