XP hiding explorer errors from me....wtf??

Few weeks ago I went through some massive XP regutting to solve an explorer crash problem, and I solved it. But today I got some explorer crashes again, and now when I get the error window, it just says explorer has crashed, no details, no more information.

I even go into Event viewer and look, and its not even listed there!

Is there some place in XP to enable/ disable error reporting? Couldn't find anything on google.
