Xp file sharing problem.

Hey, I have a problem. I have 2 computers hook up to a Netgear RT314 router. One is running WinXP, one is running WinME. They are both in the Zornet workgroup. The XP machine can access the folders of the WinME machine, but the machine freeze when I click on Entire Network. I tried to hook up the same WinXP machine with another WinXP machine. The first WinXP machine, the one used in the WinME setup, can see the 2nd WinXP machine. The 2nd WinXP machine, cannot see the first machine, when i click on view entire workgroup but the first do? How can I make both machine see each other and share files:

1) WinXP with Win9X
2) WinXP with WinXP

By the way, I tried praticallynetworked.com guide for sharing files, but no success..
