Hi Yall,

here is my system

K7S5A..1.4 Athlon with 512meg Crucial DDRam

onboard sound
onboard Lan
Plextor 24/10/40A cd writer

IBM Deskstar 40gb

Radeon 64med DDR


I frequently get this error code....

Any help would be appreciated
I have tried loading all of the newest drivers, newest updates......If i could fix this problem XP would be a dream
