XP Dual Monitor problem

I'm trying to make my new Samsung LCD tv a second monitor and I changed a setting under the nvidia panel, now when XP starts both monitors turn off. The computer still runs, but I can't see anything. Is there anyway to edit the settings from Vista, which is still working.
 
Have you tried starting windows in safe mode? This will allow you to make the changes you need and bypass the settings that are causing the issue.
