XP drivers for a phillips SPC 703?

Hi all, I'm having trouble getting my PSC703 to work with an upgraded windows XP box (the drivers CD has no XP driver), and I can't seem to find any decent XP drivers for it on the net (windows reports that they're corrupted). Does anyone have any idea why these driver wouldn't work with windows XP? Or, failing that, does anyone have any idea where I could get some drivers that work?
