XP + Det. 23.11/27.42 Help

I can't seem to select for vertical sync on D3D, and my games (ut) are stuck at 75hz instead of 85 or 100, which i can use... what can i do? TIA

Install coolbits and it will give you the vsync for D3D.
You can run dxdiag and override the refresh rate to 85Hz.
