Ialmrnt5.dll appears to be an Intel video driver. A google search turns up numerous posts describing problems with it.
Since you cannot even make it into safe mode to do something about the driver, I'm not sure what can be done. You could pull the hard drive out and put it in something else to back up your data first and then try and reload the OS when you put it back.
Some posts in the Dell forums say that they got new motherboards under warranty to solve their issues.
