XP defragger for Vista?

It is quite likely heavily based on the Diskeeper version but all the improvements that are added to it are now done by MS themselves.
 
That sounds logical, because it would have been much easier for MS to do this. From the same place I recall reading that the XP defragger was written by Diskeeper specifically to Microsoft's specs, it's not a 'stripped down' version of any DK product as is common belief. I wish I had bookmarked the damn page..if I find it again, I'll post it here.
 
How about just looking at the executable? On XP defrag.exe and the MMC both list MS and Executive Software.

Just checked defrag.exe, it reads only Microsoft Corp. for me.
