XP cd burning/video card driver problems

XP wont load one of the driver files for my GF 2 Pro. The file is called "Nvidia WDM Video Capture" I get an error that says "Code 10 this device cannot start".

Also, with my cd rw, it wont start a driver from roxie called "CDRALW2K.sys" I get a message about cd recording software making windows unstable. It also wont let me install firmware that i got from Mitsumi's website. It says I need to turn off my pc and turn it back on or disable DMA if I have it in DMA mode. How do i disable DMA, and what else would cause this if I dont have dma on? Has anyone else had these problems with XP?
