Xp booting screen

Hi i changed the image of xp when its boot with a program named BootXP 2.5 but now it added a boot.ini file and since i use grub as my boot loader its kind of a pain to have to choose xp 2 times.

Is there a way to change it so i keep my booting screen but dont have to use the windows boot loader?
