XP Boot Drive - which one should I use?

Good afternoon, ladies and gents.

Hoping you can help me figure out which of these drives to use as my Windows XP boot drive:

Hitachi 7k500 SATA-II 500gb 7200 rpm 8mb cache (have not enabled the 3G mode thru Hitachi's protools yet)

WD Raptor SATA 74gb 10000 rpm 8mb cache

Maxtor Diamondmax 10 SATA 300gb 7200 rpm 16mb cache

I was contemplating selling off the Raptor drive as I've heard/read in Maximum PC that it is now 'dead' technology compared to the Hitachi 7k500 and other similar platter density SATA-II drives.

Please let me know what you think at your convenience.

I appreciate your kind assistance.
