System specs will help a lot Bob,
but the most likely cause of a bsd is memory errors or hardware failure of some sort.

A BSOD just means the computer has a problem - it doesn't mean it's always bad RAM or a bad power supply - it could be anything.

A C2, which it appears this is, is frequently driver-related. Have you added or updated or changed any drivers since this started happening?

i track down what driver was causing it and it ended up being my norton antiVirus system driver.

Good job! The bluescreens are actually very good descriptions of what is going wrong inside of the computer. A few minutes spent with the Microsoft Windows debugger, looking at the memory dump files, can give a great indication of what software is causing the problem. Trial and error works too. :)
