XP and Vista on the same system...

I just built the system in my sig below. Vista 64 was given to me as a gift for Christmas and I'm thinking of adding a hdd and running keeping my current xp intact while installing Vista on the other drive.

My main question is regarding ram, I have 2GB and want to upgrade to 4GB's. I know XP will only see 3GB of ram, will it cause any other problems or will I be able to run 4gb and only see 3gb when in xp?

Do think I will see any other problems?
 
It'll run fine, XP won't even know that the memory between the 4G mark and whatever your hardware requires is there.
