XP and OOBE

Everytime I start Win XP Pro up windows automatically opens the folder c:\windows\system32\oobe\setup. I ran MSCONFIG and found the following entry in the startup folder SOFTWATE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. I then go to REGEDIT and look for this entry and can not find it. I've had XP installed a while now and it just started to happen. I think some software put the entry in, but I don't know how to disable it. How do I delete the entry so windows will not attempt the open the folder? TIA.

Sorry it was a corrupt install of picture-it that put that line in.
