XP and O'C GF3 Ti 200

I just got the GF3 Ti 200 PNY and Win XP. Gonna install all of this stuff into my box (T-Bird 1Ghz, 512 MB PC 133 CASS2 this weekend. I know that i can push this card, but I wll probably only go as high as 200/500mhz. I have read several people using nvmax and powerstrip. Got into NVMAX web page and said I should wait for 4.0 version of nvmax so it can be used with latest drivers from nvidia. I would appreciate any suggestions. And, I think the latest drivers from Nvidia or already have O'c feature...hmnmmmmoving up from Voodoo3 3000, I can't wait@ Anyway, thanks in advance for any help.

I've got a Gainward GF3 Ti200 and WinXP Pro. I'm using Nvidia's 23.11 drivers and NVmax 3.00.72b for overclocking. I haven't had any problems with this setup and I'm able to overclock the card to 235/530.
