XP after a badflash fixed.

ok, so i just came out of a bad flash. now XP won't let me in.

It goes through the scandisk type thing and just hangs, then restarts itself.
What do i do? i tried everything. safe modes/last workin' one/start normally......

now i'm in dos from a bootcd. i don't know what will get me back.
any help would be appreciated.
 
fresh install? i was hopin' not to have it come down to that.

bios is pretty stable.. well as far as i can tell. ok. thanks, then.
 
ok. done and all better!!! I actually have everything the way i left it!

If this ever happens to you, take note. Don't try to originally repair it. instead go to the Install Windows XP or something. THEN click on the repair. Sounds confusing, but it's like a faint, ya know? and it'll fool you. it will look like you're doing a fresh install (asks for password sometime in there)

but, when it's all said and done, you're back to good, the way you were. coo, eh?
