Can someone help me with this one?
I currently have my system configured like this:
1 promise ultra 66 controller
1 ide ntsf xp drive as device 0
nothing as device 1
1 ide fat32 98 drive as device 2
1 ide fat32 storage drive as device 3
I have a abit bx2.2 mboard set to boot a/c/scsi the primary and secondary on the mb have
1 cdrom on each.
My boot.ini looks like this in xp
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect
I did some reading about the boot.ini and tried just rdisk(2) in a new line and just disk(2) in a new line but that didn?t work. Is this a ntsf/fat32 issue?
