XP 90C problems?

anyone knows if XP90C compatible with MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum SLI?

Why would there be a problem, there's enough clearance for a XP-120 around the CPU socket.

Temps won't be much of a difference but the XP-120 will more likely be more quiet based on the phone used. B/c you can use a 120mm fan, you'll be able to get more CFMs at a lower dBA than a 90 or 92mm fan on the XP-90c.
