XP-90 and NV Silencer 6 rev. 2 questions.

I am running an Athlon 64 3400+ [socket 754] and it has an idle temperature of 46-48° celsius.... would you recommend getting the XP-90? What fan would you recommend for the lowest dB level?

I am also wanting to replace the stock cooling on my MSI 6600GT-AGP - Arctic Coolings website doesn't list the 6600GT - AGP [only PCI-E] as being one of the cards supported by the NV Silencer 6 rev. 2... have any of you successfully installed one on an AGP 6600GT?

Keep in mind, silence comes first.
