XP, 754 and 939 CPU benchmark comparisons

Have been accumulating testing results for my rigs over the last few years and put together a comparison just for the fun of it. Plus I was curious.

For those that are curious about such a comparison too, here is a link to a html page.

Nice comparo, I get bored occassinoally and do similar testing on my rigs... (I've got a buttload of em in my home office) The thing is I can't really do 3d tests because most of them are rackmounted, and I just use IGP, or crappy PCI vid cards to save on power and heat, as all the machines do is render stuff for me. Here is an interesting links to some apache web benchmarks that I ran, comaring my Single A-X 2600+ web-server to my Dual PPro 200, and Dual OC'd Celeron rigs. Kind of interesting results.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback folks.

You mean more statistics or different tests. The second isn't going to happen, at least by me, the systems have been parted out.

Common for server-like machines of course. Just concentrate on calculational testing when it is useful. Thanks for linking to your data, yes it is interesting. I've not looked at this particular aspect before. 🙂

Me too!!! That would mean I had one. 😉
