I've done google searches to no avail. Anyone know where I can find old Windows XP 64 drivers for a PCI Radeon 7000 video card?

ATI never supported Radeon cards below the 9x00 series with their XP64 drivers. If there aren't built-in drivers, you're SOL.
 
Thats what I was afraid of. "Standard VGA Card" drivers. Maybe some hacked drivers, like old Omegas?
 
Nope. AFAIK support isn't in the drivers period, they stripped out all of the R1xx and R2xx code rather than deal with making it 64bit safe.
