XP 2700+, ECS L7S7A2 problems

Ok, building a couple of systems after the hot deals at Fry's and having problems with one of the systems. Here's the system specs:

ECS L7S7A2 Socket A Mobo
Athlon XP 2700+
512 Megs OCZ PC-3200
160 Gig Maxtor
52x CDRW
Geforce 3 TI 200

I've tried re-installing Windows 2000 three different times, and after it gets done with the security updates, it starts giving me BSOD's. I've exchanged the harddrive, tried the memory in the other system I'm building, and tried a different video card, but still get the same BSOD's. Here's what the BSOD says...

STOP Ox000000&A (OxE1E8D364, 0xC000000E, 0xA00C98B0, 0x09574860)
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

*** Address A00C98B0 base at A0000000, DateStamp 4047dcd6 -win32k.sys.

I install everything like I normally do. Install all the driver, do windows updates, starting with service packs, then critical updates, etc.

Searching through Microsofts KB didn't give me much. Pointed more torwards being a faulty harddrive or IDE cable, but I've allready ruled that stuff out.

Please give me some suggestions before I go nuts.
