FedEx brought my new computer parts yesterday afternoon:

XP 2400+ Mobile 35watt
Shuttle AN35N-Ultra
Thermaltake Silent Boost HSF
512MB stick Mushkin PC3200

I'm Prime95 stable @ 200x12 @ 1.75v. I got errors at 1.7v

Full load under Prime95 never went above 44 c @ 1.75v. Idle is at 30c @ 1.75v. Very happy with my new setup.

Nice.

This 2.4ghz Athlon XP should be able to hold me over for a few more months.

Congrats! Now time to push it further. 🙂

You could probably lower the multiplier down to 11.5 and push the FSB higher without having to increase your voltage. My XP-M 2600 runs 11.5x215 at about the same voltage.
