I'm wanting to overclock mainly these two components, thing is I've never overclocked ever and have always been afraid of fudging up my machine mainly because I'm strapped for cash, anyway to the point (sys specs):
Epox 8K3A
Athlon XP 1700+
2x Corsair PC2100 512mb DDR unregistered
Creative GeForce 4 MX 440
Is there anyway I could well, in truth perhaps overclock any of these? curently they're all set to defaults and have been for a while though UT2K3 seems to be fairly sluggish at times in the heat of battle, same with Unreal 2 and Dungeon Siege, Sim City 4 and others. It's probably the graphics card though is there any way for me to overclock them to something respectable so that maybe it'll last to near the end of the year?
BTW I only have one fan, and that's on the Processor. Have two HDs, 1 DVD and 1 CD-RW, if that's of any help at all.
