sorry about the blank post above, half asleep, hit enter by mistake. i recently did a windows xp home reinstall after a clean wipe of the hdd. now sandra and my bios dhows that my cpu voltage is 4.3 volts instead of the normal 1.74...obviously a misreading..is this a sighn of motherboard getting ready to die? ive been gaming and surfing since the reinstall with no problems whatsoever, no bsod, no hot or cols boot problems, so i assume a sensor is going bad... any ideas? ecs k7s5a revision1, 1600xp, 768 mb ram [pc2700], 9800 ati raedon pro...this rig has neen running fine since i built it years ago, the only problems caued by my user error..i am assumeing that at 4.3 volts the cpu would have burnt out, so im thinking that a sensor on the board is going out, signaling motherboard failure soon? is this right? thanks....sam
