Xp 1600+ on an EpoX 8kha+ Max Multi?

I have been toying around a little with overclocking the fsb on my system. I could only get up to 145 mhz stable (enough to play FarCry that is) on max voltages with my pc2100. If I buy a kit and unlock the multipier what determines the maximum multiplier that it would run at? Maximum on the motherboard is 15. 15 x 133=1995 or 15 x 145=2175. These would be top end numbers, but what could I expect out of my chip? Default speeds are 133 x 10.5.
