which would cool better for my p4 3.2 ht no overclocking? which is easier to mount and which would fit into my thermaltake v5000d case with a side 80mm fan right above the cpu?
 
well if your not overclocking there's no point to get the best one try to get the quietest skythe ninja is nice probably with a nexus 120mm fan or yate loon.
 
The difference between a ninja with a nexus and a SI 120 with a nexus is negligable. I'd just chose the SI becasue it'll definitly fit.
