XP-120 Compatibility

On ThermalRight's site the MSI Neo4 Platinum mobo which I would like to use it on is listed twice. Once as it being incompatible with it, and once as being compatible but the first dimm can't be used...so which is it? I don't mind not using the first dimm, but of course total incompatibility would suck...

Does anyone know?

I don't know the answer to your question, but if there is any doubt I would go with the xp-90 instead.
For me anyways, the cost/compliance risk is just too great to use the 120 on any motherboard.

I already kinda bought it. Well traded it for a mobo I have. I guess I'll just have to see, at worse I'll trade it for an XP-90.
