XP-120 and eVGA Nforce4 Mobo Compatibility

so i recently decided to upgrade from my ASUS A8V Deluxe to an eVGA Nforce4 motherboard (part number 133-K8-NF41). i had a thermaltake xp-120 with a Panaflo 120mm fan on my Athlon 64 and it fit fine. however, thermalright does not give any indication on their website as to whether or not the HSF works with the eVGA. i would like to know if the xp-120 fits or if i need to buy an si-120. does anybody know if the two are compatible or not?
