Heres the deal. I Ordered some wire looms, Jolt gum, (who knew they made gum?), a Xaser III and this ducting mod. It took them 3 weeks for them to send me the gum and the wire looms, (A note on the reciept said they were out of the gum, but that never was posted on the site. They did give me 2 more!......) Anyway, i got curious and started sending email's. It took them 5 emails, the later while i was pretty pissed. They finaly emailed me that the Xaser was out of stock and they would get some in stock in a few weeks. I told them to cancel the order and i have yet to get an email back on that. Try calling you ask? Yes, when i called around 4 (they say they are open 10-6) i get an answerming machine sying to call between 10-6 and there was no room on the answering machine. So, join me in not purchasing from those non-communicative bastards!
 
I dun know since you didnt tell anyone in ur original post nor have your profile enabled so I could tell what time zone you were in :\ asshat k im outta this thread it was just a suggestion
 
Yes, they do suck. They take a long time to ship and do those xhour sales that back them up for days. After waiting two weeks for an xhour item to even be shipped from them, I decided not to order from them in the future. Yes, I'm fickle.

[EDIT] they also include slips informing customers of drawings to be randomly chosen from ratings on resellerratings.com. They say it doesn't matter what feedback you give, but you know how those things go....

I ordered from them once and the product was not as described. I never got a reply to my emails from them.
 
Ordered a sunbeam rheo from them a few months back. They sent me a black one when all their pics showed silver; didn't help me much since I had a silver Lian Li PC65. Tried getting them to ship a silver one asap, but they were unresponsive about it. The one CSR "Scott" is a real prick. I won't buy from them again, only strayed from SVC b/c Xoxide was the only place at the time carrying this rheo.

Edit: Oh yah, it was late as well; they must not update their web page to update stock. I ended up just using the black (which worked out well as I just painted my drives black as well), but I ended up having to listen to a 5800rpm fan for an extra week and a half.
