Xoxide.com Problems

The first time I placed an order with them (a strobe), I got my product the next day via UPS. The second time I ordered some more stuff from them (lights and stuff) they sent it via USPS and it still has not arrived at my house. It's been about a week since my original order. I am in NJ, and it says that they shipped from CO (via tracking no.) and it was 'delivered' to somewhere in PA. Strange thing is, it's the same ZIP code that Xoxide is based out of. What is going on?

i buy alot from Xoxide, well i was.....something showed up at my door step awhile ago for someone in Ohio....apparently there screwing sh!t up alot....

i havent bought from them since, and dont plan to soon either 😉

i had no problems with them. However they seem to order the products (cases) from the companies, recieve them and then ship it out, maybe that is what happened?

they were awesome for awhile...i bought from them at least 5 times and now it's like there going down hill.

I just got an email from someone saying they accidentally put in a wrong zip code. Atleast they admitted it

Sometimes if you see your tracking sending the package back to the zipcode it came from or the city it came from that means the package is damaged or not addressed properly and that its being sent back to the sender.
