Remember that CC deal a while back? well heres an email i sent them friday mornging:
I ordered a green CC kit last month and just got around to installing it today. The light constantly flickers, and my hard drive spins on and off. I have tracked this down to a faulty connection where the fan plugs into the inverter, as when i move it around the light turns off completely or starts glowing really bright (and hard drive powering off and on). Please either exchange this defective item or give me my money back. Thank you

klined, my sound activated light that came with the x300 case did the same thing. The light was constantly flickered and eventually went out. I emailed them 5 times, no reply. I had to call them, talked with the sales for a while, then he sent me a replacement of a new CC (not sound activated though). I will try solder on the sound activated component to the normal CC to see if that works.

Seriously though. $6.77 for shipping? That's bull. You could ship one grill first class mail for less than $2. I as a consumer shouldn't have to mention "pricewatch" just to reduce the shipping to $1-$3. The problem is that they don't offer alternatives to shipping. They just offer strictly UPS. That's why most people are turned away from these deals. Shipping cost makes a huge difference towards consumers. And also, that comment about not buying from them was strictly personal and not SVC related.
