XMS pc3200

a friend of mine has a stick of XMS pc3200 that he doesnt need

is there any way of telling if it has BH-5's without removing the spreaders?

I believe SiSoft SANDRA will show the model if you check under system summary.

check the version number.

v1.1 on the sticker means BH5, v1.2 is CH5

well, BH-5's are the best chips you can possible have. they run up to 250 mhz with 3.0+ volts @ 2-2-2

consider yourself very fortunate if you see v1.1 on your ram 😀
