I have new prog w/ new 4.02 codec...I can't seem to get a working log file the system will open...

PLus the yuz12 item and not showing preview...I way around that...

How does the codec look compared t0 3.11 divx codec? Can I do 2 pass using divx fast and low motion codec?

I may go to fairuse as nanub guides are still confusing...prog is slow and learning curve is small for getting a nice product...I don't want tohave to redo everything 2-3 times....Flaskmpeg may be lame in terms of overall quality but at least anybody can achieve it quite readily.

I tried it yesterday after reading Tom's article on it. I couldn't get it to process more than 1 Vob in a session and it kept crashing. I'll try it again today, but so far I'm not very impressed with it.

Why bother with Flaskmpeg? I've found Fair Use to be the easiest and produces awesome quality.

It does 1 fast motion and 3 low motion encodes and takes the best from each. I bump that up to 2 fm and 4 lm but damn, it produces something great AND you can fit it perfectly on whatever size medium you want, since it can make it exact.

it's the 3.11 codec, but oh well, it works too well to just use a different program right now.

sandorski, make sure in open media you grab the ifo file...that way i twill grab them all...I haven't had issue with that, but I have issue with the 2nd pass not being done cause it says it can't open my log file...

Illegal error every time I try to do darn near anything with it, like say, encode a video or adjust its settings.
