XML help for Everquest?

With Everquest f2p I decided to try returning to the game. Loaded up the game and my UI errored out, I replaced what I could with the stock UI interface and got the errors out, but then there is the EQUI_HotButtonWnd.xml file. That one is the key to what makes the game playable to me. Basically speaking the stock one sucks, and is very user unfriendly. I was wondering if there are any XML guru's out there that can modify my UI file I downloaded from a UI maker? Sadly he retired from the game and I can not find him despite nearly a month of searching (even his web site is down despite being a popular one)

I can email the XML files to anyone that can check them out. I barely have a grasp on html and my xml is 10000x worse. Also any other .tga that might be needed as they are tied together with the xml.
