XML- Dont know where to post this but i need your help

Hi I need some help with xml

How do I set something without manually adding the value 1? Basically I want to change this <update_on_import>0</update_on_import>
to this
<update_on_import>1</update_on_import>

I have 200 to do manually but how do I set this without manually setting the value to 1, 200 times?
I use Altova XMLSPY

On the find box, one of those down arrows probably toggles another box for a "replace" box that you could type in your replacement

If not, just go download notepad++ and do it with that
