How many of you already started your XMAS Shooping and how big is your list?

I just wrote down the list today 6 people and a dog, i want to make sure i'm not a last minute shopper this year.

Haven't started. I told my friends I'm not doing xmas this year, so I have to get something for family and a couple of other people. My brothers can wait until closer to xmas. My sister gets a gift certificate, as always. The chick should be tough, so I should start looking soon...
